Lazy D Cajun & Q is powered by two very different personalities that somehow work perfectly together.

Leigh is the planner, the organizer, and the voice behind the brand. She keeps things moving, keeps them honest, and makes sure every detail—big or small—actually makes sense. If there’s a plan, Leigh made it. If there’s a backup plan, she made that too.

Brad is the heart of the smoker and the king of the effortless dad joke. His puns roll out without warning, usually followed by a grin and zero apologies. When he’s not cooking, you’ll probably find him watching food shows, talking about old cars, or cheering on Tennessee football. (Vols fans, he’s your guy.)

Brad loves a good beer, believes midnight snacks are a necessary food group, and sees no problem with bringing mac and cheese, crackers, or chips back to bed—much to Leigh’s ongoing commentary.
